It is no secret that civil lawsuits are more likely to be resolved by way of mediation than a jury or bench trial.

Mediation is the present and future of dispute resolution. The primary reasons for this are simple: protracted litigation is costly and trial outcomes are uncertain.

He further possesses the knowledge base and experience to mediate civil rights claims leveled against governmental entities and public officials.
